Six verifiable service capabilities

Route count alone does not determine the real-world experience. VPNVS explains how the service works through route selection, privacy practices, device rules, content use cases, and refund terms.

Connection stability IEPL priority during peak hours

Manage international congestion by route type

International connections can be affected by access congestion, fluctuations at international gateways, and long-distance transmission during peak hours. VPNVS identifies IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and standard routes separately, so users can choose based on timing and destination. For work meetings, sustained transfers, or situations requiring continuity, try an IEPL dedicated route first; for ordinary web browsing, start with a nearby region. When a route fluctuates, switching the entry point is usually more direct than repeatedly changing client settings.

Privacy policy Anonymous, no-logs policy

Minimize registration data and browsing-history retention

Registration requires only a username and password—no email address. VPNVS follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record the web content users access. Subscription credentials should still be stored securely; do not forward them to untrusted people or post subscription links on public pages. Privacy policies define the service-side logging boundary, while system updates, app permissions, and local account protection on your devices still require normal maintenance. Neither replaces the other.

Device rules

Unlimited simultaneous devices

One subscription works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Desktop work, tablet viewing, and everyday mobile connections can share one subscription without counting device slots first. Keep subscription credentials secure; if family members share access, clarify which devices have imported the subscription and remove expired configurations from old devices.

AI Tools

Choose a region based on the target service

AI Tools often rely on web pages, account verification, model APIs, and static assets at the same time, so opening the homepage alone does not guarantee a stable session. Before connecting, choose an exit region supported by the tool and keep the same region throughout a work session where possible. If the page loads but requests stop, try another route in the same region first, then check your browser login status instead of switching regions repeatedly.

Streaming

Match the route before prioritizing picture quality

Streaming quality depends not only on throughput but also on content region, account region, and platform policies. VPNVS marks Streaming support in its route list, making it easier to filter for suitable regional entry points. After connecting, reopen the app or website so the service can identify the new region; if the catalog has not updated, clear the current session and try another route in the same region.

Refund terms

Test your main use cases first

This service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. After getting started, test the platforms, local network, and target regions you use most instead of relying on a single brief connection. Check page loading, continuous playback, file transfers, and device switching separately. If something goes wrong, keep the error message and route name so you can troubleshoot by symptom in the Help Center and decide whether to change routes.

Popular regions preview

Choose the region first, then the route type

The examples below show common entry points. Refer to the route page and the available list in the user panel for the complete lineup; do not use a single test result as a substitute for judging long-term performance.

Nearby entry points suit everyday connections

Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan are often good first choices for users in Asia. When the target service is in North America or Europe, you can also choose regions such as the United States or the Netherlands directly to reduce regional mismatches. Actual connection quality is also affected by the local network operator, access method, time of day, and target service, so no single region is always best for everyone.

Monthly subscriptions and data bundles

Choose a plan by monthly usage

All three monthly subscriptions offer the same feature set; the main difference is the included monthly data. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days.

Lite plan

¥9.9/ month

60GB per month

Suitable for personal use focused on web browsing, text communication, and occasional access to international content. If your usage is concentrated in certain periods, start with this tier to confirm your usual regions and client setup.

  • 110+ countries / 220+ routes
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund

High-usage plan

¥28/ month

500GB per month

Suitable for extended HD video, frequent file transfers, or long-term connections across multiple devices. Before choosing, compare your actual usage with your existing network bills rather than assuming the highest tier is necessary.

Never expires

Data bundles used as needed

Data bundles remain available until used and never expire: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, ¥658 / 3000GB. Suitable for users with irregular monthly usage, those who want a long-term backup connection, or anyone who does not want data to reset monthly.

Check just two things before choosing

First decide whether your data usage is steady or occasional and concentrated. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing work, study, and content viewing; data bundles are worth considering when usage is infrequent or limited to specific trips. Next, check your actual monthly consumption rather than estimating from device count, because unlimited devices does not mean every device uses the same amount of data. All plans support the same platforms and covered routes, so choose based on usage patterns—not different core features.

Common questions before getting started

Registration, connection, and refund details

These answers cover the decisions most common for first-time users. Find more detailed client import and troubleshooting steps in the Help Center and Guides.

Is an email address required to register?

No. A username and password are all you need to register. After registration, store your account details and subscription credentials securely, and do not publish subscription links on public pages. Get clients, view plans, and manage your subscription through the user panel.

How many devices can use one subscription?

Unlimited simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Multiple personal or household devices can share one subscription, but access should be limited to trusted users; after retiring an old device, delete any saved subscription configuration from it.

What should I do first if the connection is unstable?

Keep the target region unchanged and switch to another route in the same region; during peak hours, try an IEPL dedicated route first. Then check whether your local network is also fluctuating and close tasks using substantial transfer resources. If the issue persists, record the platform, region, route name, and symptoms, then follow the relevant Help Center section.

How is monthly subscription data calculated?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. For irregular usage, you can also choose data bundles that remain available until used and never expire.

What are the refund terms?

VPNVS offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. After getting started, test your usual devices, local network, target regions, and main use cases as early as possible. See the Refund Policy page for the complete terms.
